IDV
Bring IAM under its own governance — automate and control eDirectory access through Roles & Resources.
Provisions and manages internal eDirectory/IDM rights as accounts and groups, improving least-privilege control and auditability of admin access.
Overview
IDV turns your Identity and Access Management platform into a managed system itself. By treating eDirectory and IDM like any other provisioned application, it allows organizations to control IAM accounts and rights through standard role-based provisioning. Every IAM user becomes a managed account, ensuring consistent lifecycle management across all systems, including IAM itself.
This add-on enables complete automation of IAM account status and access rights. When user access is granted or revoked globally, IDV applies those changes directly within eDirectory, managing login status and group memberships with precision and consistency.
By integrating the IAM environment into your existing provisioning model, IDV eliminates manual administration of IAM accounts, reduces configuration drift, and ensures governance policies apply uniformly across the enterprise.
Features
IDV provisions and manages eDirectory/IDM accounts through Mir.IAM's role-based engine. It automatically synchronizes account status by updating login attributes and exposes eDirectory group entitlements as manageable resources. All IAM user rights are controlled like any other LDAP-connected system.
